Teaching sequence
- Choose one outcome from the curriculum guide and identify the action students must demonstrate.
- Write a success criterion: students can calculate, explain and justify a result using a worked example.
- Plan a short diagnostic question, a modelled example, paired practice and an individual exit question.

Draft a 40-minute lesson on comparing payment options: 5 minutes diagnosis, 10 minutes modelling, 15 minutes paired practice and 10 minutes independent assessment.
